Noah Alexander Gerry, known for his role as Joey Phillips in the ABC series *Station 19*, has recently been arrested in Burbank, California, facing charges of vandalism related to graffiti. The 28-year-old actor was taken into custody after allegedly being caught in the act of defacing property, with the police reporting that the incident occurred on Monday, July 13, around 4:45 p.m.

According to the Burbank Police Department, Gerry was arrested along with another individual during the incident. Police Officer Lt. Brent Fekety provided details about the situation, explaining that a witness observed at least one person applying paint to a wall in a wash basin near Parish Place and Pacific Avenue. Upon arrival, officers detained both individuals, leading to Gerry’s arrest on charges of damage exceeding $400 and possession of graffiti tools.

The specific graffiti that engaged the attention of authorities reportedly included a name that Gerry claimed was a nickname of a friend who was present with him at the time. The word written on the wall was reportedly “Alec.”

Gerry’s recent legal troubles come days before the planned airing of the seventh season of *Station 19*, although the show’s continuation has since been abruptly cancelled. Beyond this series, Gerry has appeared in various popular shows such as *Fuller House*, *Grown-ish*, *Henry Danger*, and even the long-running *Grey’s Anatomy*. His portrayal in these programmes has garnered him a dedicated following, making the recent controversy all the more surprising for fans and viewers alike.
Interestingly, on an official arrest log from Burbank, Gerry’s occupation was indicated as a musician, adding another dimension to his artistic persona. In light of the events, Susie Mains, Gerry’s longtime manager, spoke out in defence of the actor. Mains described Gerry as “an outstanding person and a true professional,” suggesting that while he can convincingly play various roles, including potentially more rebellious characters, his real-life persona is vastly different from that.
Mains further emphasised that Gerry is a founding member of GAG!, an art collective that promotes creativity and artistic expression. She insisted that he does not engage in illegal or dangerous activities, describing the graffiti incident as a misunderstanding.
As the investigation continues, the case will be forwarded to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for further action. Lt. Fekety confirmed that the police would be presenting their findings to the DA, who will decide how to proceed with the charges against Gerry.
While this incident adds a layer of controversy to Gerry’s public image, fans and the wider community will be watching closely to see how the actor navigates these legal challenges. His future projects and public appearances may be affected by this arrest, and observers are now left to ponder the impact on both his career and personal life moving forward.
