Chase and Sarah Morrill, stars of the popular television series “Maine Cabin Masters,” are set to embark on a remarkable new venture as they unveil their spin-off series, “Maine Cabin Masters: All Inn.” This exciting project showcases their ambition to restore a historic inn situated on 12 acres in Monmouth, Maine, effectively turning their dreams of running a bed and breakfast into reality.

The show will premiere on HGTV on July 19 before becoming available on Magnolia Network on July 27. The couple, who have garnered a devoted following through their previous renovation works, will be joined by the dedicated Maine Cabin Masters crew, which includes Chase’s sister Ashley and her husband, contractor Ryan Eldridge.

In a sneak peek of the series, Chase and Sarah share the thrilling news of their property purchase with Ashley and Ryan, a moment filled with anticipation and excitement. “We had dreams to buy a bed and breakfast,” Chase shares, reflecting on how they have long imagined transforming the inn into a vibrant getaway. However, the realisation of this dream comes with significant challenges. “It was a huge investment to buy the place, and it will be a huge investment to get it up and running again,” he explains, highlighting the scale of their ambitious undertaking.

The inn, previously known as Rise and Shine Bed & Breakfast, boasts a rich history. Its expansive grounds feature direct access to Cobbossee Lake and encompass nine bedrooms. According to Chase, the establishment was immensely popular during its heyday but has suffered from years of neglect. “Everything’s kind of just aged out, and now it’s time for a new refresh,” he adds, emphasising the magnitude of the restoration effort ahead.
With a story that stretches back to its origins as a tavern, the inn was once acquired by the Woolworth family, who converted it into horse barns for harness racing. The property last operated as a B&B as recently as 2020, making it a relatively recent loss in terms of its potential charm and functionality. “But boy, it needs a ton of work,” Chase remarks, underlining the urgency of their renovation plans.
Over the course of six episodes, viewers will witness the Maine Cabin Masters team tackle this extensive restoration project, marking it as their largest endeavour to date. Alongside renovating the existing inn, Chase and Sarah plan to construct three new cabins from scratch on the property, creating additional accommodation for future guests. Time is of the essence, as they face a deadline to complete their work within a year.
Although Chase has taken on various projects in the past, he notes that this one holds a special significance for him and Sarah. “Getting to collaborate on and develop our own space, a space that Sarah and I have dreamed of for so long, is special,” he states in a press release. With their experience in revitalising properties, the couple is well-prepared for the unforeseen challenges that often arise during significant renovation efforts.
The premiere of “Maine Cabin Masters: All Inn” promises to offer audiences an engaging blend of heartfelt personal stories, practical DIY solutions, and the joy of seeing a long-held dream brought to life. By transforming a once-proud establishment into a refreshing getaway, Chase and Sarah aim to create a welcoming space that not only reflects their vision but also pays homage to the history embedded within its walls.
As the air date approaches, fans of home renovation shows across the UK and beyond are eagerly anticipating the charming transformations and the personal stories that will unfold in this fresh series. Tune in to HGTV on July 19 at 9 p.m. or catch episodes the following week on Magnolia Network to witness the Morrills’ journey towards realising their dream of becoming innkeepers.
