A man from New Jersey has been charged with the homicide of his two-month-old daughter, a year after her death was ruled a result of foul play. James A. Capo Jr., 39, from Phillipsburg, was taken into custody following a 14-month investigation into the tragic incident, which occurred in April 2025.
