Thomas, a musician aged 30, filed supplementary legal documents in response to Willis’s assertions of emotional abuse, denying any wrongdoing and countering that she is using their child for commercial gain. In his statement, Thomas referenced a specific paid advertisement featuring Louetta that he argued included “adult sexual humour,” which he deemed inappropriate for their young daughter.
“This coordinated media strategy poses a significant concern for Louetta’s wellbeing,” Thomas’s declaration stated, adding that he had previously expressed his disapproval over Louetta’s participation in such advertising. He emphasised the need to protect their daughter from content he feels is unsuitable for her age.
Willis, known for her acting career and as the daughter of Hollywood stars Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has been vocal about her experiences during their relationship. In her filing, she described a “persistent pattern” of emotional abuse that allegedly began before their breakup in 2024. Willis claimed these incidents frequently occurred in front of Louetta, creating a distressing environment for both her and the child.
The actress has been pursuing primary physical custody of Louetta since last July. In her court documents, she described Thomas’s behaviour as “erratic and bizarre,” alleging it intensified following Louetta’s birth in April 2023. According to Willis, she felt compelled to adopt a cautious approach around Thomas, whose actions she claimed aimed to isolate her from her friends and family.
Willis articulated that Thomas’s actions left Louetta “traumatised, crying frequently,” and cited concerns regarding his behaviour during his parental time. In particular, she expressed unease about the involvement of Thomas’s fiancée, Lizzie Loch, during custody exchanges, referencing Thomas’s “history of fighting in relationships.”
Responding to these assertions, Thomas stated that the allegations from Willis stemmed from her anger regarding Louetta’s apparent affection towards Loch. He dismissed the claims of abuse, labelling their relationship as unhealthy but claiming it never involved violence or intimidation on his part. He maintained that the decision to part ways was mutual, made in their best interests.
Additionally, Thomas countered Willis’s demands for him to undergo court-ordered drug testing, asserting he is not a current user of marijuana. He did acknowledge his past use but insisted this never impaired his ability to care for Louetta adequately.
