Halsing, 26, was near the stage with the DJ when a man, later identified as 26-year-old Andrew Manderson, approached him under the guise of discussing photography services. “I’ve had to call our wedding vendors and cut things from our budget, and flowers and decor, and we no longer have a coordinator,” Wall explained. She added that her priorities have shifted to focus on medical bills and rent rather than wedding expenses.
