A small kitten, affectionately named Bee, has found a loving home after an impressive rescue operation by Destin Fire Rescue in Florida. The heartwarming incident occurred on Tuesday, 19 May, when firefighters responded to multiple reports regarding a kitten trapped in a storm drain near Highway 98.

The emergency call came in around 11:00 a.m., prompting a swift response from the team. Upon arrival, firefighters assessed the situation and quickly realised the urgency of the matter. “The crew accessed the drain, and firefighter Fuller entered to carry out the rescue,” detailed a post shared by the agency on their Facebook page.
