In a poignant revelation, journalist Sheinelle Jones shared her experience of unearthing her wedding dress while organising her belongings during a house move. The co-host of *Today with Jenna & Sheinelle*, 48, made the discovery while sorting through packed boxes in her basement, a task she had been postponing since moving to New York from Philadelphia years ago.
On May 14, Jones disclosed her moving plans during a segment of her show, revealing that her family was relocating amid changes in her children’s schooling. As she and her babysitter sifted through the accumulated items, Jones admitted to feeling overwhelmed. “After a while, I started not even wanting to look through boxes,” she recounted. “I said, ‘Just throw it out. If I haven’t seen it in five years, just throw it out.’ But she insisted we go through everything.”
This insistence paid off when the babysitter prompted Jones to locate her wedding dress. “She said, ‘Do you know where your wedding dress is?’ and I was like, ‘No. It might be at my mum’s,’” Jones reflected.
