A teenager from Pieper High School in San Antonio has sustained injuries after an alleged hit-and-run incident involving a driver in a large truck. The incident is reported to have occurred on Thursday, May 7, at approximately 8:50 a.m., as a group of students gathered in their high school parking lot before classes began.

According to the student’s mother, her son was among approximately ten boys who were sharing donuts by their vehicles when the truck approached them. The driver purportedly honked the horn before accelerating towards the group without giving the students adequate time to move out of the way. As a result of the collision, the injured teenager suffered a severely swollen left foot and “tire rash” on the backs of his legs.
