In a troubling development for the “looksmaxxing” community, social media influencer Braden Peters, widely known as Clavicular, is facing serious legal accusations from fellow influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who goes by Alorah Ziva online. Mendoza has filed a lawsuit against Peters in Florida, citing allegations of battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The legal complaint, which has garnered media attention, suggests that the events in question occurred in 2025, when Mendoza was just 17 years old. According to her claims, Peters, now 20, encouraged her to film content for his channel, allegedly promising her $1,000 for her participation. Mendoza has since risen to prominence within the “looksmaxxing” community, branding herself as the “#1 female looksmaxxer,” amassing over 240,000 followers on Instagram and 300,000 on TikTok.
Mendoza’s complaint reveals that after initially working together on a series of videos, the two began communicating more directly, culminating in Peters allegedly arranging transport for her to visit his family home in Cape Cod. Mendoza asserts she was motivated by the potential for increased visibility on her platforms and the opportunity to meet Peters in person.
However, once she arrived at the property, the situation reportedly took a dangerous turn. Mendoza claims that Peters provided her with “excessive amounts of alcohol,” leading her to become visibly intoxicated. Allegations also suggest that, without her consent, she was sexually assaulted by Peters both during her intoxicated state and the following morning while she was asleep.
The complaint further alleges a shocking incident during a later livestream when Mendoza encountered Peters again. She claims that Peters injected her with Auqalyx, a fat-dissolving injectable treatment not approved by the FDA, while broadcasting the act live without seeking her permission. During this session, Peters purportedly made alarming suggestions about the injection containing methamphetamine. Mendoza has expressed concern regarding her state during this livestream, suggesting she might have been under the influence of an undisclosed substance post-injection.
In addition to the aforementioned allegations, Mendoza’s lawsuit seeks compensation exceeding £50,000, including charges related to the unauthorized use of her name and likeness. Her lawyer, Andrew Moss, expressed confidence in the case, stating that the allegations were significant and anticipated a thorough legal process.
In response to these serious accusations, Peters’s attorney, Steve Kramer, issued a statement asserting that the allegations remain unproven, emphasising that Peters denies all claims and intends to challenge them vigorously through the necessary legal channels. He refrained from elaborating further on the specifics of the case.
Clavicular’s controversial persona has been further marred by recent events. Earlier this month, he made headlines after being hospitalised following a suspected overdose. The incident occurred during a livestream that suddenly cut off, prompting worry among his followers. Peters later posted an update on social media, showing himself with apparent injuries and describing the situation as “brutal.”
The influencer has previously attracted attention for his extreme views and practices associated with “looksmaxxing,” a subculture focused on enhancing physical appearance, often promoting potentially harmful tactics. Peters has openly discussed using substances such as methamphetamine to manage weight and reportedly began testosterone injections as a teenager, which raises further concerns regarding his behaviour and influence.
Additionally, Peters has encountered legal troubles in the past, including a battery arrest earlier this year, further complicating his public image and raising questions about his behaviour and the potential impact on vulnerable fans within his audience.
