Authorities in Alaska have confirmed the identity of a young woman, Kelly Hunt, who was missing since January 11, following the discovery of her body in Anchorage. On April 20, police located her remains in the 3500 block of Lois Drive. The Anchorage Police Department announced on April 24 that the remains had been positively identified as Hunt. According to official reports, she had arrived in Anchorage on January 6 and was staying with friends in the 3200 block of Oregon Drive.
