The iconic home featured in the classic sitcom The Brady Bunch will open its doors to fans this summer, allowing them to step inside a meticulously recreated version of the beloved set. The experience, named The Brady Experience, is being hosted by Bucket Listers, a company known for curating unique events for television and film enthusiasts.

Situated in the Studio City area of Los Angeles, this mid-century split-level house, built in 1959, served purely as a backdrop for exterior shots during the sitcom’s run. In 2018, HGTV purchased the property for $3.5 million and undertook an extensive renovation project that transformed the interior to match the whimsical setting familiar to viewers of the show, which aired from 1969 to 1974. The renovation was showcased in the television special A Very Brady Renovation.

Proceeds from the tours will contribute to Wags and Walks, a local nonprofit dedicated to rescuing at-risk dogs and finding them permanent homes. This charitable aspect adds a meaningful layer to what promises to be a nostalgic journey for fans of all ages.
Recently, the Los Angeles City Council granted the home historic status, underscoring its cultural significance beyond its role as a television set. “This home has always represented something bigger than just a television set—it’s a place that holds decades of memories for so many people,” said Tina Trahan, the current owner who acquired the property in 2023. She highlighted the importance of sharing the joy and memories associated with the home while supporting a cause that truly matters.
The immersive experience will allow visitors to explore many of the house’s iconic interior features, including the vibrant kitchen and the memorable staircase that became a hallmark of the series. Derek Berry, President of Experiences at Bucket Listers, expressed his excitement about the project. “From the moment I first stepped inside, it was clear this was something truly special,” said Berry, noting the nostalgia and care that has gone into recreating the iconic home. He added that the experience would be a vital part of Los Angeles’ cultural fabric, providing an unforgettable adventure for all attendees.
Guests will have the opportunity to wander through the carefully crafted interior of the house, interact with features like opening the fridge, and capture photographs in this piece of television history. Fans are encouraged to join a waitlist for the experience, which has already generated significant interest.
The Brady Experience previously opened for a brief three-day run in November 2025, with proceeds also benefiting charitable initiatives. This summer, the expanded tours promise to offer a deeper engagement with the history and charm of The Brady Bunch, drawing fans from near and far.
As the excitement builds, fans prepare to relive their childhood memories in a space that has transcended its television roots, becoming a lasting symbol of family and fun. The opening of The Brady Experience marks a unique opportunity for nostalgia-seekers and dog lovers alike to connect with a cherished piece of television history while supporting a good cause.
