She claimed that the burdens of financial responsibilities were unfairly shouldered by her alone, stating that “all financial responsibilities are borne exclusively by Wife.”

In response to her accusations, Fairfax had submitted a motion contesting the claims, asserting that his estranged wife had not demonstrated a commitment to permanently separating, given their continued cohabitation. Fairfax argued that her divorce complaint had been filed in “bad faith.”
