Kendra Duggar’s family has publicly expressed their distress following the serious allegations levelled against her husband, Joseph Duggar. An affidavit from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office in Florida details the charges against the 31-year-old, including lewd and lascivious molestation of a minor and lewd or lascivious behaviour committed by an adult. According to the document, Joseph allegedly confessed to engaging in inappropriate actions during a phone call with the victim’s father on March 17. In this conversation, he reportedly acknowledged that his conduct was not innocent.

The Caldwell family’s statement, released on April 15, denounced Joseph’s alleged actions while also expressing deep sympathy for his alleged victim. They described her as “courageous” for coming forward, highlighting a commitment to support her through this challenging time. “We stand by her, both in support and prayer, and forever will,” they said, emphasising their priority to love and support the young girl who has displayed remarkable strength in sharing her story.
