In a candid conversation on the Behind the Table podcast, hosted by Brian Teta, Alyssa, 36, shared insights into her experiences as a new mother, detailing her journey through pregnancy and her son’s birth. Alyssa described her labour experience as “traumatic,” lasting four hours of active contractions. However, the moment she held her son for the first time was transformative. “When they handed him to me, I looked at my husband, and everything kind of flashed before my eyes,” she recounted.
