The 36-year-old welcomed her son, Justin Patrick Griffin Jr., with husband Justin Griffin on 10 February. During Monday’s episode, Alyssa reflected on her new experience of motherhood. “I missed you so much. I’m back, I’m a human lighter, but he’s here, he’s with us, little Justin is the most magical thing,” she enthused. “All of you who are mums told me. They said your brain chemistry changes overnight, and it is so true. My world just feels more magical and full, and I’m just so grateful to him.”

I was watching, and I was like, ‘This is the best show I have ever seen. Expressing her excitement about the arrival of her son, Alyssa humorously noted her anticipation of being a “boy mum,” even alluding to the fact that she would be surrounded by male counterparts at home, including their two dogs. “But we wanted a boy first. I grew up with sisters and have always liked the idea of a big brother looking out for the younger siblings,” she added, indicating that the couple is eager to expand their family further in the future.
