A 40-year-old woman from Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, has been arrested following the tragic death of her four-year-old son, who had autism. Amie Ruleman faces child endangerment charges after the boy was discovered deceased in their home, prompting an investigation by local authorities.

According to the Waynesboro Police Department, Ruleman contacted emergency services on Tuesday, claiming her son was unconscious and not breathing. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident have raised serious questions regarding her actions prior to the child’s death.
