Starbucks has announced the launch of two new refreshing beverages featuring mango cold foam, aiming to seize the summer season with vibrant flavours. The Iced Mango Cream Chai and Iced Mango Cream Matcha combine the sweetness of tropical mango with the warming spices of chai and the earthy notes of matcha, respectively.

These latest offerings expand Starbucks’ Refreshers range, which now includes options such as the Mango Strawberry Refresher, Mango Strawberry Lemonade Refresher, and the Mango Dream, the latter being a mango and strawberry mix blended with coconut milk. Customers can tailor the caffeine content of their Refreshers, opting for a caffeine-free version or choosing from standard (25mg) and Energy Refresher (100mg) variations.

Early reviews from customers who had the chance to sample the new beverages indicate a warm reception for the mango flavour, particularly noting how it pairs well with chai spices and enhances the matcha experience. Many have expressed appreciation for the tropical notes that accompany the Refreshers, making them ideal for warmer days.

In addition to the mango drinks, Starbucks is also introducing a limited-time drink that features two key seasonal flavours, the Iced Ube Coconut Cream Shaken Espresso. This drink combines the coffee chain’s Blonde Espresso with toasted coconut flavour syrup, oat milk, and a layer of Ube Coconut Cream Cold Foam—creating a rich and indulgent treat.
Earlier this month, Starbucks unveiled its spring menu, which features a vibrant array of beverages that centre around flavours like chai, ube, and coconut. A notable addition is a reimagined chai recipe, which utilises black tea infused with spices such as cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and ginger, accentuated with a hint of honey. This updated chai allows customers to customise the level of sweetness and spice, as well as add various flavoured syrups, including vanilla, brown sugar, or cinnamon dolce.
Starbucks also introduced a new toasted coconut syrup and toasted coconut cream cold foam, set to be available year-round. The Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew showcases this coconut-flavoured cold foam, while the Toasted Coconut Latte offers a blend of the syrup with espresso and milk, available in both hot and iced formats.
Additionally, the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato features a delightful combination of toasted coconut, milk, and espresso, finished with a layer of ube coconut cream cold foam and topped with toasted coconut flakes. Another fresh offering, the Iced Lavender Cream Chai, combines traditional chai spices with milk, and is topped with a lavender cream cold foam, adding a floral twist to this comforting beverage.
For those drawn to floral flavours, Starbucks is also bringing back other lavender-infused drinks, including the Lavender Latte and the Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage. These options, which incorporate vanilla syrup, milk, and whipped cream, provide customers with an enticing and aromatic way to enjoy their favourite drinks.
As Starbucks continues to innovate and expand its menu, the introduction of these seasonal flavours is likely to attract customers eager to indulge in something new while enjoying the warmer weather. With various options available to suit different taste preferences, Starbucks appears well-positioned to make a splash this summer.
