According to reports from The LaGrange Daily News, the cookies were shared among the LaGrange Fire Department, LaGrange Police Department, and the Troup County Sheriff’s Office. Deanne Atcherson, the Troop Leader for Troop 20792, expressed her pride in Abigail’s efforts as well as her gratitude towards the anonymous donor. “It’s a small way to say thank you to the heroes who keep us safe every day,” she stated.
