**Tiger Woods Arrested Following SUV Rollover Incident in Florida**

Tiger Woods, the renowned professional golfer, has been arrested on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) following a rollover incident involving his Land Rover in Jupiter Island, Florida. The incident occurred on March 27, when Woods’ vehicle reportedly flipped onto its side after attempting to overtake a pickup truck. Fortunately, neither Woods nor the driver of the other vehicle sustained any injuries.

According to local authorities, the crash took place when Woods was driving at a high rate of speed while attempting to navigate past a pickup truck that was towing a pressure washer. The sheriff’s report indicates that Woods clipped the rear of the truck, leading to the rollover. It was during this incident that Woods was observed by law enforcement exhibiting signs of impairment and appearing lethargic.

Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek held a press conference detailing the events leading to Woods’ arrest. While no drugs or alcohol were found in his vehicle, authorities suspected impairment from “medication or another substance.” Consequently, Woods was charged with DUI, causing property damage, and refusal to submit to the urinalysis.

As of Friday afternoon, Woods remains in the Martin County Jail. Sheriff Budensiek assured the public that Woods would not receive any special treatment due to his celebrity status. “We know we arrested a high-profile figure, but the law applies the same to everyone,” he affirmed. In the interest of his safety, Woods has been placed in a separate area of the jail rather than the general population.

It remains unclear when Woods will face his arraignment. Meanwhile, the 50-year-old golfer has aspirations of participating in The Masters golf tournament within a fortnight, although President Donald Trump has been reported as stating that Woods “won’t be playing it.”
