Shannen Doherty’s Ex Agrees to Pay Late Actress’ Estate for Half Their Texas Home Nearly 2 Years After Her Death

Shannen Doherty’s estate is set to receive a significant financial settlement following a legal agreement with her ex-husband, Kurt Iswarienko. In court documents obtained from Los Angeles County Superior Court, it has been disclosed that Iswarienko, aged 51, has consented to provide half of the equity from their jointly owned property located in Dripping Springs, Texas.

In addition to the property settlement, Iswarienko is compelled to return personal items belonging to Doherty, such as a coffee table and a couch from their Texas residence. He is also required to compile an inventory of photographs capturing Doherty, as well as transfer $25,000 to her estate corresponding to her interest in a Mooney M-20 aircraft.

The agreement comes after a complicated dispute over their divorce settlement, which was officially finalised shortly before Doherty’s death in July 2024.
