A tragic accident in Texas has resulted in the untimely death of a six-year-old girl, Aviah Getz, following a collision between a car and a dump truck. The incident occurred on March 25, and investigators are focusing on the possibility that the driver of the car may have been distracted by something in the back seat prior to the crash.

Authorities from the Arlington Police Department responded to the accident at around 12:29 a.m. local time on the westbound lanes of Interstate 20, close to the interchange with U.S. Highway 287. According to police reports, the driver of a 2014 Nissan Sentra failed to maintain attention on the road and subsequently rear-ended a dump truck.
Details surrounding the crash indicate that the driver of the Sentra, along with two children seated in the back, were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Sadly, one of these children, later confirmed as Aviah Getz, succumbed to her injuries.
