She poignantly mentioned, “He might walk me down the aisle. I don’t have a dad,” referring to her late father, who passed away in 2013.
This past December, Cummings made headlines with the announcement of Henry’s birth via an Instagram post. While she has not publicly identified his father, there has been confirmation that they are co-parenting separately. The comedian, aged 43, got engaged to Cole, who is 44, in November 2025.

The ring, from Nikki Reed’s collection, was initially borrowed for a TV project. Rather than returning it, she concocted an unconventional barter to keep it: trading the ring for a vintage Chevrolet pickup truck she owned. Cummings recalled, “She saw it in my house or my driveway and she was like, ‘This is the car I’ve been wanting forever,’” leading to a witty exchange where both parties ultimately received something they desired.
