Kevin Federline, the ex-husband of pop icon Britney Spears, is facing legal challenges after being sued by Bank of America for an unpaid credit card bill exceeding £12,000. The lawsuit, which was filed on 19 February in a Hawaiian court, alleges that Federline has failed to make any payments on his account since May 2025, according to court documents.

Specifically, the bank claims that Federline opened the credit card account on 6 December 2024, shortly after Spears made her last child support payment to him. At the time, their son Jayden was set to graduate high school in November 2024, which aligns with the details shared by Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Kaplan, however, did not respond to requests for comment regarding the lawsuit.
