**Two Arrested in New York Following Alleged Hate Crime and Arson Incident**

Two men have been taken into custody in relation to an incident that occurred on February 19 in New York City, where they allegedly set a woman’s boots on fire while making derogatory remarks. They are accused of producing a lighter and setting her boots ablaze.
