Beauty 2 The Streetz, the non-profit organisation founded by Raines, will host the memorial on 28 February at the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. Expected to take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the event will feature a blend of gospel music, video tributes, speeches from community members and celebrities, and a live fundraising launch aimed at continuing Raines’s mission.
