According to images obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, December 9, Dick was spotted slouched over a flight of stairs outside a building in Hollywood, with friends frantically attempting to assist him. Although the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) arrived at the location after receiving an overdose report concerning a 59-year-old man, an LAFD representative informed TMZ that the individual was not taken to the hospital for treatment.

The Los Angeles Police Department also intervened at the scene to offer support, although neither department confirmed the identity of the person involved to the media outlet. Dick spoke to TMZ, assuring that he was alive and in good health, although he refrained from providing further details about the occurrence. Moreover, Dick’s representatives have not yet responded to queries from PEOPLE regarding the alleged incident, and there has been no independent verification of the TMZ report.
