Heather Lemcool, a local resident, described stumbling upon the remains in a box and plastic bag, rather than in a respectful urn. Further investigation by Gulf Coast News indicated that the bulk of the trash belonged to an unnamed Sarasota woman, whose storage unit was auctioned off on Oct. 16 due to defaulting on the contract.
