**Ex-Teacher Under Fire for Sending Inappropriate Content to Underage Girls**

Former teacher and cheer coach Nicholas Moseby has come under scrutiny this week after his public defender presented a controversial excuse in court regarding his actions towards underage girls.
The incident took place at Diablo Vista Middle School in Danville, Calif., where Moseby, who was an educator and cheerleading coach, is currently on trial for allegedly sending lewd and pornographic images to minors. According to reports, Moseby’s public defender, Manisha Daryani, told the court that her client intended to send a video of himself to a sex worker and that the act of sending it to underage girls was a mistake.
