Television history is set to go under the hammer as some of the most iconic costumes from beloved TV shows are up for auction. From Fonzie’s Leather Jacket in ‘Happy Days’ to Gilligan’s Bucket Hat, fans will have a chance to own a piece of their favorite characters’ wardrobe.
The late Dr. Stewart Berkowitz dedicated decades of his life to amassing a collection of unforgettable costumes from classic TV shows. The Television Treasures Collection, presented by Heritage Auctions, offers a unique opportunity for fans to bid on items that have never been available for auction before.

One of the standout pieces up for grabs is Henry Winkler’s leather jacket from his iconic role as The Fonz in ‘Happy Days’. Trekkers can also get their hands on William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy’s Starfleet uniforms from the original ‘Star Trek’, along with Bob Denver’s red shirt and bucket hat from ‘Gilligan’s Island’.

The auction features over 300 lots celebrating television’s golden age, spanning from The Honeymooners to Batman, Wonder Woman, and more. Screen-used costumes, production props, set pieces, original artwork, and promotional materials from the 1950s through the 1970s will all be part of the auction.
Dr. Berkowitz’s son, Jordan Meddy, shared insights into his late father’s passion for collecting TV memorabilia.
