Priscilla Presley Discusses Elvis Presley’s Infidelity, Cites Multiple Women

In a recent interview with Today, Priscilla Presley candidly spoke about the infidelity that took place during her marriage to the iconic musician, Elvis Presley. The couple was married from 1967 to 1973, and Priscilla revealed that despite Elvis’s indiscretions, he remained a “very, very special” person in her life.
Priscilla recalled the challenges they faced, particularly when Elvis was performing in Vegas, saying, “Our life was very different, you know? Very, very different. And when he was in Vegas, you know, he was really starting his career back again into Vegas.” Despite maintaining a home in Palm Springs where she would oversee things while he was away, Priscilla discovered unsettling mail from various women addressed to Elvis, leading her to confront the reality of his infidelities.
Reflecting on the situation, Priscilla shared, “They would go and meet Elvis at the house on weekends when he went, and it was another life. Now, he would come home great and wonderful. He was still a good husband but it was just too many of us.” This revelation provides a glimpse into the complexities of their relationship and sheds light on the personal turmoil Priscilla experienced during that time.
Having met Elvis at the young age of 14 while he was stationed overseas in Germany, Priscilla and Elvis eventually tied the knot in Las Vegas in 1967.
