Kiah’s life came to a heartbreaking end on January 29 when she was aboard an American Airlines plane that collided with a Black Hawk helicopter over the Potomac River, resulting in the loss of all 67 individuals on board. Kiah had been visiting her mother, Gwen, in Wichita after she underwent a double mastectomy due to a breast cancer diagnosis.
