As the incident unfolded, another keeper named Phanom Sitsaeng eventually managed to reach Rangkharasamee, bringing the horrifying attack to an end. While visitors are strictly prohibited from opening windows or exiting their vehicles while driving through the exhibit, it remains unclear how these regulations apply to zoo employees.
