A Texas mother who was last seen in March 2023 has been added to the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. Cindy Rodriguez Singh is wanted in connection with the presumed death of her 6-year-old son, Noel Alvarez. The mother disappeared after boarding an international flight to India just two days after being questioned about her son’s whereabouts.

Cindy Rodriguez Singh, now 40 years old, is being sought in connection with the disappearance of her son Noel, who has not been seen since October 2022. Concerns were raised by family members in October 2022 when they noticed Noel appeared malnourished and unhealthy. They alerted the authorities multiple times between October 2022 and March 2023 about Alvarez’s well-being.
The Everman Police Department visited Rodriguez Singh’s residence on March 20, 2023, to inquire about her son. At the time, she claimed that Noel was in Mexico with his biological father. However, it was later discovered that Rodriguez Singh had lied about Noel’s location. She and her family left for India shortly after, and she hasn’t been seen since then.
Cadaver dogs detected the presence of human remains beneath a newly constructed concrete patio at Rodriguez Singh’s property. Subsequently, Rodriguez Singh was charged with capital murder in connection to Noel’s disappearance. Authorities have been actively seeking information on her whereabouts, offering a reward of up to $250,000 for any leads leading to her arrest.
The FBI has emphasised the importance of public assistance in bringing Rodriguez Singh to justice, urging anyone with information to come forward. Noel Alvarez, who reportedly had mental and developmental disabilities, is remembered by the community, with the authorities vowing to ensure that those responsible for his disappearance are held accountable.
Former chief of police now city manager, Craig Spencer, expressed gratitude for the FBI’s ongoing efforts in the case, underlining the promise made to Noel and the community to seek justice. Rodriguez Singh’s addition to the Most Wanted List marks a significant development in the search for answers regarding the young boy’s disappearance.
The tragic case highlights the necessity of vigilance and collaboration in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. The authorities continue to encourage anyone with relevant information to reach out to the FBI or local law enforcement agencies promptly.
The search for Cindy Rodriguez Singh remains ongoing, with the hope that justice will be served for Noel Alvarez and closure brought to a grieving community. The support and cooperation of the public are crucial in ensuring that individuals like Cindy Rodriguez Singh are held accountable for their actions. Let us strive to protect our communities and advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
