In this new arrangement, Scott, the 57-year-old actor, was granted temporary sole physical custody of their children – Jackson, 16; Miller, 12; and Lucy, 11. Meanwhile, Kelley was given supervised parenting time with her children. The agreement also outlined visitation rights, financial matters, and communication guidelines between the estranged couple. The goal of the agreement is for Kelley to eventually regain unsupervised parenting time with the children.

Strict boundaries were set in place concerning communication between Scott and Kelley. Neither party is allowed to engage in discussing adult issues, divorce matters, or speak negatively about the other parent in front of the children. Moreover, a social media gag order has been implemented, prohibiting any posts related to each other or the ongoing divorce. This new agreement marks a significant step in the ongoing divorce proceedings between Scott and Kelley.
Regarding housing arrangements, Scott will retain exclusive use of their Park City home, with provisions for Kelley’s supervised parenting time to take place there with mutual agreement on a supervisor. Financially, Scott will be responsible for covering household expenses and providing Kelley with a monthly sum of $10,000 for living costs, subject to court order or further agreement. Additionally, he will cover her car payments, minimum credit card payments, and certain attorney fees.
The conflict between Scott and Kelley escalated following an incident on June 13 where Kelley was detained and placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold under California’s 5150 law. This incident occurred after Kelley allegedly attempted to take the children out of the country. Subsequently, Kelley was placed on a second involuntary psychiatric hold on July 6 after an incident involving a knife. This came shortly after their announcement of separation after 21 years of marriage.
In her social media announcement, Kelley expressed gratitude towards Scott as a father and partner, highlighting his positive traits and the priority of their children’s well-being. Scott, on the other hand, emphasised the importance of their children during this challenging time and requested privacy as they navigate this new chapter. The couple, who first met in 2002 and married in 2004, is focusing on co-parenting and ensuring the well-being of their children amidst the divorce proceedings.
As the Wolf family navigates this challenging period, the recent agreement signifies a step towards peaceful co-parenting and resolution of legal matters. With the restraining order dropped and custody arrangements in place, Scott and Kelley are working towards a positive outcome for their children’s future. The public response to this news reflects the interest in celebrity relationships and the complexities involved in family dynamics during divorce proceedings.
