Claire Kittle, alongside her husband George of Tight End University, is on a mission to shed light on women’s involvement within the sports community. Kittle recently organised the Tight End University’s Ladies Luncheon in Nashville, which took place on June 24th.

The event was a collaboration between Claire Kittle and Leigh Taylor PR+, aiming to bring attention to the female perspective within the realm of professional football. This initiative falls in line with the couple’s overarching goal of inclusivity and representation within their organization.

Tight End University (TEU) was established in 2021 by renowned tight ends George Kittle, Travis Kelce, and Greg Olsen. The institution serves as a platform for tight ends to come together, engage in skill-building activities, and foster a sense of community within the sporting world.
During the luncheon, held at the Coa Rooftop Bar in the Canopy Hotel, attendees were treated to various experiences and activations from notable brands such as Sneex, Stoney Clover Lane, and Zenni Optical. Claire expressed her delight in the event’s success, stating, “This is our fifth year and every year it has just grown in every way.”
The Kittle duo’s dedication to highlighting the women within the tight end community was evident throughout the luncheon. Claire emphasised the importance of recognising and appreciating the contributions of female partners, amidst the constant spotlight on male athletes.
TEU’s collaborative efforts have not only bolstered camaraderie among tight ends but also raised substantial funds for charitable causes. In 2024 alone, the institution managed to raise over $900,000, reflecting its commitment to giving back to the community.
In light of the growing interest in the lives of athletes’ significant others and the surge in women’s sports viewership, Claire Kittle remarked on the positive shift towards recognising and celebrating women’s roles in sports. She expressed her joy in witnessing women receiving the acknowledgment they deserve within the sports industry.
Looking ahead, Claire envisions further expansion and development for TEU, hinting at significant plans for the upcoming years. With a promise of exciting prospects on the horizon, the Kittle duo remains dedicated to advancing their mission of inclusivity and empowerment within the sporting world.
As Claire and George Kittle pave the way for greater representation and diversity within sports, their advocacy for female inclusivity stands as a testament to the transformative power of unity and collaboration in athletics.
In conclusion, Claire Kittle’s unwavering commitment to championing women’s voices within Tight End University underscores the importance of gender equity and recognition in the realm of professional sports.
