The legal filings reveal that Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann were “ejected” from their residence on Tuesday, April 8, due to their failure to vacate the property promptly. According to the writ of possession filed in April, U.S. Marshals were instructed to remove Kim (47) and Kroy (39) from the house and deliver full possession to the new owners.
