A Kentucky man has been arrested for allegedly setting free a raccoon inside a bar from which he had been prohibited entry. Jonathan Mason, 40, was taken into custody on June 6 for reportedly unleashing the animal at Big Apple Grill and Bar, as per authorities.
Mason has been charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Trespassing in the 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Failure to Maintain Required Insurance on his initial encounter with law enforcement.
