Stylist Testifies About Violent Incident Involving Diddy

The ongoing trial of rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has taken another shocking turn as his former stylist, Deonte Nash, testified about a brutal incident involving Combs and his then-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. The trial, which is being held in Manhattan federal court and has been ongoing for the past three weeks, sees Combs facing federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Nash recounted the harrowing incident that took place in 2013 when he and his assistant Mia were helping Ventura pack for a festival in Canada. According to Nash, Combs arrived unannounced and proceeded to physically attack Ventura, dragging her by the hair and hitting her until she bled after her head hit a bed frame. Despite Nash and Mia’s attempts to intervene, Combs continued his assault, reportedly saying, “Look what y’all made me do.”

During his testimony, Nash also mentioned that Combs’ security guard, D-Roc, was present during the attack, and the following day, Ventura appeared on FaceTime with a visible injury. Nash further revealed that Combs would often use degrading language towards Ventura, including a particularly derogatory term that was allegedly his favourite.

In a separate testimony, Combs’ former assistant, Capricorn Clark, detailed an incident from December 2011 where Combs allegedly visited her with a gun, expressing a desire to harm rapper Kid Cudi, who had a brief relationship with Ventura during a break in her relationship with Combs. Clark’s testimony sheds light on Combs’ alleged violent tendencies towards those involved with Ventura.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution, could face life imprisonment if convicted on all counts. Since his arrest, he has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. The trial continues to unfold with more witnesses providing insight into Combs’ behaviour and actions.
