Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev Reach Divorce Settlement

After months of legal proceedings and negotiations, the divorce settlement between Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev has finally been revealed. According to recent reports, Nikki Garcia, the former WWE wrestler, has agreed to pay a substantial amount in child support and a lump sum to her ex-husband, Dancing with the Stars alum Artem Chigvintsev.
In the settlement agreement, Nikki Garcia will be paying Artem Chigvintsev $3,500 per month as child support, in addition to a one-time payment of $200,000. Furthermore, Garcia will be responsible for covering the costs of their son Matteo’s health insurance, speech therapy, and the remainder of his preschool education for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The couple, who share joint custody of their son Matteo, will be splitting major holidays and alternating custody each year. On the property division front, Nikki will retain ownership of their Napa home and her businesses, while Artem will keep their Los Angeles property and his respective assets.
The divorce saga unfolded back in 2024 when Artem Chigvintsev was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse. This incident led to Nikki filing for divorce just two weeks later, amidst escalating tensions and public scrutiny. Both parties were subsequently granted restraining orders against each other.
However, in a turn of events, Nikki and Artem decided to settle their divorce through private mediation in November 2024. They opted to drop the restraining orders and focus on co-parenting their son amicably, setting aside their differences for Matteo’s well-being.
In a recent episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki Garcia opened up about the challenging divorce process, expressing her hopes for a positive co-parenting relationship with Artem in the future.
