After host Carson Daly teased about the potential return of previously eliminated contestants with the super save twist, the big reveal took place on Monday, May 12. The lucky four contestants who have been given a second chance are Olivia Kuper-Harris, Kaiya Hamilton, Jaelen Johnston, and Connor James.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the coaches shared insights into their decisions regarding the super saves. Adam Levine expressed the difficulty of letting go of talented individuals and his joy in providing James with another shot at success.
