Situated in Franklin, Tennessee, a short 25-minute drive from downtown Nashville, Dark Horse Estate holds a special place in Swift’s journey as she visited the estate to work on her debut album, ‘Taylor Swift.’

The property includes a grand 14,000-square-foot mansion named “The Manor,” capable of accommodating up to 18 guests. Adjacent to the mansion are three private recording studios housed in a timber frame building where Swift recorded some of her early music. Crow, who has owned the estate for the past 31 years, vividly remembers Swift’s time at the property. Recalling those initial encounters, Crow admits he had no inkling of the global phenomenon Swift would evolve into within the music industry.

Reflecting on Swift’s rise to fame, Crow expressed his awe at witnessing various artists, including Kings of Leon and Shawn Mendes, visit Dark Horse Estate to create their music. The estate, now available for rent through Airbnb, offers guests a luxurious experience with seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, three kitchens, and multiple living areas.
