Florida Woman Faces Charges for Sexually Abusing Chihuahua and Sharing Video on Social Media

A Florida woman, Logan Guminski, has been accused of engaging in sexual activities with a Chihuahua and posting a video of the act on social media. The 27-year-old resident of Ocala was arrested on March 21 and charged with sexual activity involving an animal and filming sexual activity involving an animal. Guminski was subsequently booked into the Marion County Jail but was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office revealed that the alleged crime came to light on January 28 when Major Crimes Detective Jordyn Batts received an anonymous tip regarding Guminski’s inappropriate video on Instagram. Following an investigation, Detective Batts uncovered several photos and videos allegedly depicting Guminski with the abused animal. The MCSO claims that additional evidence confirmed Guminski’s involvement in the video.
During an interview with detectives on March 21, Guminski reportedly identified herself as a “content creator” who produces sexually explicit content for sale online. She admitted to creating and sharing the video with another social media user who had requested it and paid $500 for it. Guminski also confessed to involvement in sexual activities with another dog, with videos of both incidents still stored on her cell phone.
Detective Batts expressed her shock at the case, stating, “Unfortunately this isn’t my first case of this nature. It’s always shocking, it’ll never not be shocking, especially when you have to watch the video, but I have seen it before so it’s not out of the ordinary unfortunately.” Online court records do not indicate whether Guminski has legal representation at this time.
