According to reports filed in Maricopa County Superior Court, three sixth-grade students reported witnessing Hinton urinating into a container under his desk during a class session. The students claimed to have heard the sound of “falling water” in the classroom, leading them to discover the distressing act being carried out by their teacher. They further alleged that they could see Hinton’s genitals during the incident.
Subsequently, a fourth student corroborated the claims, mentioning that she, too, witnessed Hinton urinating in the classroom. Police investigations noted that the teacher’s desk was not secluded, allowing visibility of the inappropriate act to the students present during the class.
