A woman in Colorado is facing criminal charges after her 76-year-old mother, who reportedly had dementia and required round-the-clock care, was tragically killed by a pack of dogs in their home. Jessica Hoff, 47, has been arrested on suspicion of criminal negligence and over 50 counts of animal cruelty in connection to the death of her mother, LaVonne Hoff.
