Misty Drope described a moment of eerie silence before the storm hit, expressing her concern, “Oh no, this is not good.” Fortunately, the family survived by taking shelter in a spot that sustained less damage compared to the rest of their home.
Local CBS affiliate WREG-TV reported that more than 160 homes suffered significant damage from the recent tornado in Paragould. Thankfully, there were no reported fatalities, with only three to four individuals sustaining minor injuries. Mayor Josh Agee expressed gratitude, stating, “Luckily, we had property damage only. The Good Lord was watching over the City of Paragould last night.”
