NASCAR Countersues Michael Jordan’s Racing Team for Alleged Bullying

NASCAR, the renowned American motorsport sanctioning body, has taken legal action against NBA legend Michael Jordan’s racing team – 23XI Racing. The countersuit alleges that Jordan’s team, along with Front Row Motorsports, engaged in bullying tactics within the industry.
In a twist of events, 23XI and Front Row originally filed a lawsuit against NASCAR back in October, where they referred to the organisation as “monopolistic bullies.” However, NASCAR has retaliated by accusing Jordan’s team, co-owned by Curtis Polk, of interfering with negotiations and even threatening boycotts of NASCAR events.
