Ashley St. Clair Reveals Elon Musk’s Alleged Desire to Have More Children with Her

Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old author who asserts that Elon Musk is the father of her infant son, has made shocking claims regarding the Tesla CEO’s intentions to expand their family. Despite only seeing the baby a few times since his birth in September 2024, St. Clair has filed for sole legal custody of their child and initiated a paternity petition. In the legal filing, she included alleged messages exchanged between herself and Musk, 53, where he expressed a desire to have a “legion of kids to make.”
The correspondence detailed in the legal documents indicated that Musk acknowledged a romantic relationship with St. Clair after the birth of their child, referred to as R.S.C. St. Clair stated that their relationship began in May 2023, leading to the conception of their child in January 2024. Notably, St. Clair highlighted an exchange on Feb. 2, 2025, where she expressed concerns about their strained relationship for the sake of their son, to which Musk purportedly responded with a reference to having a large family.
Furthermore, St. Clair shared images of Musk allegedly responding affectionately to her, including a message expressing a desire to have another child with her. Despite these interactions, St. Clair claimed in the legal documentation that Musk has only met their son three times since his birth, with the last visit taking place on Nov. 30, 2024, lasting for just 30 minutes. She also asserted that Musk was absent during the birth and has not been involved in the child’s upbringing.
In response to St. Clair’s legal actions, her representative Brian Glickich stated that she filed the paternity and custody petitions to safeguard the best interests of her child, emphasizing that she made efforts to resolve the matter amicably with Musk before resorting to legal measures. The legal documents requested the court to address paternity declarations, child support orders, and other necessary relief for the situation.
Despite these serious allegations and legal proceedings, representatives and attorneys for Musk have yet to provide comments on the matter. St. Clair’s lawyer, Karen B. Rosenthal, indicated attempts to resolve the issues privately with Musk’s representative but cited unresponsiveness from their side, leading to the legal confrontation.
It is worth noting that Musk is a father of 13 children, including St. Clair’s infant child, with different partners. St. Clair first revealed the birth of their son via a statement on Feb. 14, confirming Musk as the father and detailing their limited interactions since the child’s arrival.
