Fans of Imagine Dragons have exciting news to look forward to as the renowned rock band revealed their upcoming release of a concert film in 2025. Titled “Imagine Dragons: Live From the Hollywood Bowl,” this cinematic experience is scheduled to premiere in theatres globally on March 26 and 29 through Trafalgar Releasing.
The film captures the electrifying conclusion of Imagine Dragons’ North American leg of their Loom World Tour in October 2024. The two-hour concert, held on the final night of a four-night residency, showcases reimagined versions of beloved Imagine Dragons hits like “Radioactive,” “Demons,” and “Believer,” all accompanied by the esteemed Los Angeles Film Orchestra. The performance also promises a stunning display of fireworks and a surprise grand finale.
Kymberli Frueh, Trafalgar Releasing’s Senior Vice President of Programming and Content Acquisitions, emphasised the band’s ability to connect with fans of all ages worldwide through their music, which offers themes of hope, understanding, and inclusivity. The incorporation of symphonic arrangements by composer Inon Zur and the LA Film Orchestra at the Hollywood Bowl provides a fresh perspective to share the band’s iconic songs in a special and unique performance.
Tickets for “Imagine Dragons: Live From The Hollywood Bowl (with the L.A. Film Orchestra)” will be available for purchase starting on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 9 a.m. ET. This announcement comes following the band’s release of their latest album, “Loom,” in June 2024, marking Imagine Dragons’ first album as a trio with frontman Dan Reynolds, guitarist Wayne Sermon, and bassist Ben McKee.
Following more than a decade with the band, drummer Daniel Platzman announced his departure in August 2024, expressing gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support over the years. Platzman shared that during his time away from the group, he had been focusing on his passion for composing music for films, hinting at upcoming projects in that realm.
During their extensive 2024 Loom Tour, Imagine Dragons embarked on their largest North American headlining tour to date, performing multiple nights in cities like Toronto, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles. The band’s evolution and creative ventures continue to captivate audiences globally, offering a unique and engaging musical experience.
