According to reports, Nathan Gingles took his young daughter, Seraphine Gingles, with him during the rampage across two homes in Tamarac. Fortunately, Seraphine was later rescued in North Lauderdale the same day by authorities from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. Nathan was arrested on multiple charges in connection with the incident.

The chilling details of the case are slowly coming to light as the investigation progresses. The tragic events reportedly took place in the early hours of Sunday, February 16. Authorities responded to a shooting report at Ponzer’s residence at around 6 a.m., where they found Ponzer shot dead on his back patio.

Security camera footage revealed Mary running between neighboring houses, seeking help desperately. A neighbor recounted hearing Mary knocking frantically on his door and witnessing a distressing scene unfold as Nathan appeared with Seraphine, and Mary tried to escape.
Further footage captured Mary being pursued by Nathan with a firearm, eventually leading to a fatal outcome for both Mary and Ferrin inside the latter’s residence. Police discovered a restraining order against Nathan at Ponzer’s home, aiding in his identification and subsequent arrest.
Nathan Gingles is now facing charges including three counts of first-degree murder, kidnapping, child abuse, and burglary. The investigation also revealed previous domestic violence cases involving Nathan and Mary, with one case still active. Efforts to reach Nathan’s attorney for comment were unsuccessful.
