Adrian Grenier, the charismatic actor who gained fame portraying Vincent Chase in the hit series Entourage, has recently made headlines for stepping away from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. The actor, who was once a prominent figure in the early 2000s, has been gradually reducing his involvement in the entertainment industry over the past decade.

In a surprising turn of events, Grenier decided to explore new horizons and venture into entrepreneurship. After co-founding several businesses, including a microbrewery and a production company, Grenier found himself drawn to a more laid-back lifestyle. His journey led him to Texas in 2016, where he immersed himself in environmental work and eventually purchased a sprawling 46-acre ranch outside of Austin with his wife, Jordan Roemmele.
Describing his decision to relocate to Texas, Grenier shared with PEOPLE in 2023, “I really liked the down-home vibe. There’s not a lot of social climbing, not a lot of status people. Everyone’s cowboy boots and a cowboy hat, so to speak.” This drastic shift from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood provided Grenier with a sense of peace and contentment, allowing him to focus on what truly matters to him.

The move to Texas was not merely about escaping the spotlight but also about embracing a more sustainable and mindful lifestyle. Grenier’s commitment to environmental causes led him to establish Kintsugi Ranch on the property he purchased with Roemmele. By actively engaging in sustainable practices and immersing himself in nature, Grenier aims to lead by example and inspire others to adopt a similar ethos.
Despite his retreat from Hollywood, Grenier has not entirely severed ties with the film industry. Reports surfaced in December 2024 that he had completed filming for a romantic comedy titled You, Always in Australia. Additionally, Grenier delved into the realm of reality television as the host of CryptoKnights, a show featuring tech entrepreneurs pitching blockchain-based startups to celebrity investors.

In the midst of his career diversification, Grenier also embarked on a personal milestone by tying the knot with Roemmele in 2022. Their journey into parenthood further solidified Grenier’s shift in priorities, as he expressed a deep desire for family and partnership during a podcast interview in May 2024.
Despite his past success in notable roles like Nate Cooper in The Devil Wears Prada, Grenier will not be reprising his character in the upcoming sequel to the beloved film. Entertainment Weekly confirmed in June 2025 that he would not be part of The Devil Wears Prada 2, scheduled for release in May 2026.
Currently residing on his ranch in Texas, Grenier continues to explore new avenues for personal and professional growth. From founding a venture capital firm to launching a nature-based lifestyle brand, the actor has embraced a slower pace of life that prioritises mindfulness and service to others. Grenier’s journey serves as a testament to the transformative power of self-discovery and the pursuit of a more purposeful existence.
